CITY OF NEW MELLE PUBLIC NOTICE PLANNING AND ZONING PROPOSED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of New Melle will hold a Public Hearing on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. prior to the Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting, at New Melle City Hall, 145 Almeling St., New Melle, Missouri. The purpose of the Public Hearing is regarding the proposed Conditional Use Permit for the property at 185 W. Hwy D, formerly Little Lamb Day Care, currently zoned C-1 Single Use Residential. Blondin Real Estate proposes to keep the west side of the building residential and use the east side of the building for a Real Estate Office. There are already two separate units with separate access and handicapped access on the side to be Commercial use. All interested persons may provide comments during the Public Hearing.
